I am a dedicated Clinical and Health Psychologist passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of both mental health and chronic illness. With specialized expertise in health psychology, CBT, ACT, EFT, Schema Therapy, and through supportive counselling, I work across clinical and medical settings to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
